The story starts in the fertile regions of Turkey, where cotton seeds are planted in early spring. Denizli, known as the center of Turkish textile production, offers the ideal climate and agricultural expertise for growing high-quality cotton.
Once planted, seeds begin to sprout within one to two weeks, depending on soil temperature and moisture. Over approximately one hundred fifty days, the plants develop buds that transition from light yellow to pink and then red before falling off—leaving small cotton bolls behind.
When the bolls mature and open, farmers carefully harvest them and deliver the cotton to our processing facilities, where the transformation truly begins.
